Work4Europe.eu respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
While we are based in the EU, we voluntarily comply with DMCA procedures for international clarity and best practice.
1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on Work4Europe.eu infringes your copyright, please send a written notification that includes:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL).
Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
Your signature (physical or electronic)
Identification of the removed content and its original location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
Your contact information
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hungary, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether material is infringing, please consult a legal advisor before submitting a claim.
